Mega Man Universe has Level Editing and Character Customization

A set of screenshots were released by Capcom today. These screenshots are significant because they reveal the first glimpses of the LittleBigPlanet-izing of the Mega Man franchise. Two customized characters are shown, as well as what appears to be the stage editor. The player will be able to assemble a character from a selection of parts. No word on whether you'll be able to control gravity in this game, but more information should be coming shortly.

Mega Man Universe will be shown at the Tokyo Game Show and doesn't have release date yet.
